Shareholders Sue Silicon Valley Bank

Silicon Valley Bank shareholders filed a lawsuit against the bank's parent company, its CEO, and its CFO, alleging that they failed to disclose how rising interest rates would leave the bank "particularly susceptible to a bank run."
