SF Sues Condo Owner for Violating Affordable Housing Rules

The City of San Francisco has sued a real estate agent who purchased a below-market rate condominium unit pursuant to the city’s affordable housing program. The individual allegedly broke the program’s rules by renting out the unit at above-market rates and trying to sell it in the open market.
