Affordable Care Act Is Safe—For Now

The United States Supreme Court rejected another constitutional attack upon the Affordable Care Act. This time, opponents to the Act argued it violated the constitutional requirement that revenue-raising legislation begin in the House of Representatives before proceeding to the Senate.
