The Office represents landlords, residential property owners, commercial property owners, trustees, and commercial tenants in a wide range of real property matters.

Antonio has extensive experience in matters such as advising landlords regarding San Francisco’s Rent Ordinance, assisting landlords in disputes with tenants, representing landlords before the San Francisco Rent Board, reviewing and negotiating leases on behalf of commercial tenants, counseling property owners on state laws and local ordinances affecting real property, and assisting property owners involved in disputes with their neighbors.
